Clare has been baking cakes for over ten years. Learning her craft as a pastry chef in Vienna and some of Dublin's leading five star hotels, Clare discovered her passion for bespoke cakes.

From concept to creation, Clare works closely with each customer, drawing on a wide source of inspiration to create a luxury tailor made cake unique to each occasion.
